Radiant Floor Heating systems (Pex Tubing Universe)
Radiant Floor Heating (or Floor Heating, as many call it) not-invented today. The ancient Romans used such a system, it was called "gipokaust. Warm air rises up through the channels of the central furnace, heating the inner surface of the floor. That is already BC floor heating system were not only "ordinary" matter, but, even mandatory for the device, the famous Roman terms (baths).
In the middle of the XVIII century Swedish inventor Christopher Polgem made a drawing of the heating system with air channels located beneath the floor. In 1825 in the journal "Mechanics Magazine" published an article telling of the fact that the Chinese have become interested in heating systems, similar to the ancient Roman.
Perhaps, Radiant Floor Heating been invented and not in ancient Rome, and in modern Sweden - already in the Stone Age, 6000 years ago. In Voullerime were found the remains of a primitive system of floor heating, where warm air rises through the surface of the earth where people slept. Underfloor heating system is developed, thus, since the Stone Age.
In the 20 years of the last century have been discovered ancient British and French systems, reminiscent of a modern Radiant Floor Heating (with use Pex Tubing and Pex Tools).
Thus, originated in ancient times as the system of comfort, floor heating has become a growth spurt, as a full and independent heating system, only the middle of last century. This was made possible by the advent of plastic pipes, the development of control systems and automation of temperature control, wide application of heat sources to renewable resources.
With 60 years of XX century in Scandinavia Radiant Floor Heating began to rapidly displace the traditional (mainly, radiator) heating system, and today, in Sweden, for example, is the most common heating system (more than 85% of new homes are built with heating "Radiant Floor Heating").
Due to numerous technical and operational advantages compared with high-temperature (air, radiators, convectors, etc.), systems based on the principles of «Radiant Floor Heating», are increasingly being applied in other areas: the melting of snow and Anti-icer, heated roofs, roads roads, stadiums, sports grounds, etc.
New solutions that use partially or fully recovered energy (pex tubing, pex tubing tools, radiant manifolds, radiant heat manifolds, taco circulator pumps, pex fittings, pex tools, pex manifold, pex tubing, heat manifolds, wind turbines, heat pumps, solar collectors, etc.), effectively used today, usually only in conjunction with the systems of water Radiant Floor Heating. Systems and Technology Water Radiant Floor Heating effectively applied to all types of buildings and structures, including residential complexes, office buildings and shopping centers, wooden houses, stadiums and sports grounds, roads, driveways and parking lots, flat roofs. Water-heated floors can be organized as a separate apartment or private cottage, and in high-rise building and the premises of a large area. Versatility systems Pex Tubing Sistem can mount them both in the construction, and has erected on the site. It is possible as a connection to a power station, and fully autonomous use, including heat pumps.
