Know about the electric and gas water heaters before buying

Using natural gas to heat the water is the main reason why the gas water heaters are so popular. The gas water heater has the advantage of saving the energy as they heat the water in small stages. There are many modern gas water heaters where you can control the heating rate and the degree of heating. To save the heat energy you have to use the hot water immediately.
Problems: Due to the heating of the natural gas the carbon monoxide is released. The operational cost of the heaters is increasing day by day due to the high price of the gas and the crisis of the energy. Due to the big size the device requires more space. There is a price of extra pipes and other mechanisms if you want to use it in many bathrooms. The installing cost of the decomposer is also included if you are using biogas.
Power Waters Heat tank: They are more convenient and that is the reason why they have become so popular. The heating procedure is very simple as there is a copper coil which converts the electricity to heat energy. The many modifications in the designs have not changed the same heating principle.

Can a direct vent gas water heater switch to a regular vent one?
I currently have a direct vent water heater in my house (which uses gas). Since direct-vent water heaters are slowly disappearing, how difficult will it be for me to convert to using a regular vent? What are some of the requirements of a regular vent?

Your direct vent water heater draws it's combustion air from the outside atmosphere.
If you go to a regular water heater, you may be able to use the same building penetration for the flue, but chances are, you'll pull combustion air from the attic space through one or two 4" duct or single wall pipe.
Shouldn't be hard to go to a regular heater, but direct vent water heaters are still available. Pricey but still around.
